6/10 不錯哦

Check in was not great. Had to use machine to check in and it wouldn’t pull up my reservation. Had to bother staff to do so. Very helpful girl at the desk. Helped me set up shuttle to the airport for the next day. Premium buffet breakfast was good. Room was ok, beds not that comfy. Alright stay for the price.

Arriving just after noon and knowing our room would not be ready….there were limited options for comfortable seating/waiting area or light meals.

Nevresimler ve banyo tertemizdi. Bir gecelik airport otel konaklaması için her şey gayet yeterli ve uygun. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli, vegan seçenekler mevcut.

2/10 不太好

I booked this hotel stay via hotels.com for 2 nights. When I got to the hotel, they said I hadn't paid anything and need to pay for the stay. I couldn't remember if I had already paid (sometimes I prepay with hotels.com, sometimes I don't), so I went ahead and paid them. Later that day, I went to check my bank statements and the hotels.com app. Both proved that I paid when I originally booked my stay using hotels.com, which meant that I paid for my one room twice. This hotel provided no help in trying to figure out what happened and would not help me get a refund.

Everything aboutvthe hotel was good. I asked for them.to call me a cab to the airport and had a lovely private hire driver, however more expensive than the black cab i had taken feom the airport to the hotel. Not sure how that works. Staff was great.

The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place.

Stayed one night at at airport arrival. It was really close to the airport which was a great plus. Check in staff was super friendly. Restaurant was closed already but they offered late night pizzas, the pizza was really good haha. Room was spacious, big bathroom, they left a handwritten welcome note which was a really nice touch. Bathroom was good and clean. THE BED was awesome what a nice night sleep. Complete english breakfast, sausages, hash, beans, eggs, coffee, the full run. Def worth it if need to stay near the airport.

This is not walking distance from the Manchester airport. Just a heads up. Shuttle was not running & I found out that it only runs a few hours very early mornings. So just be prepared to spend 15 to 20 pounds for a taxi ride. With that said, great place. Needed a place to stay for about 10 hours to get a shower and nap before my next leg of an overseas flight. Also didn’t want one that charged me $250 for that privilege! Premier Inn was the answer. I love their clean neat rooms, comfortable beds, & they actually have a mirror next to the hairdryer & additional plugs for hair curlers that very few hotels honor for women! A restaurant & bar for a brew & snack. Which allowed me not to spend lots of cab money trying to find a restaurant in the limited time I had to get some zzzz in. Clean bath & shower.

The room was fine but I would recommend against staying here. I had paid for the room ahead of time but the staff insisted I hadn’t and charged me twice. When I proved I had paid twice they still made it a nightmare to get the money back. Very dishonest.

4/10 一般般

Hotel close to airport

I stayed with my wife and our 5 year old daughter. Upon arrival I was disappointed to find the car park to the hotel to be a "pay and display" car park. After paying a small fortunate for a one night stay I was expecting parking to be a pre-requisite and not an additional cost. The person on reception, when challenged, simply stated, "we don't enforce it so it is up to you if you pay or not". Very helpful. The room was basic but was all we needed for an overnight stay. The room was very clean and well maintained. However, the water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. Brakfast the following morning was a huge disappointment. We went down to the restaurant at around 7.45am to find the hot food wasn't hot. A lady seated near us actually complained and the response from the staff member was to arrogantly shout through the kitchen door, "have you got a probe, the food's supposed to be cold". After checks were completed it was promptly changed (no doubt to be reheated and put back out later). The food wasn't of a good quality. The majority was soaked in fat and the rest had dried in to a solid mass. Not great. Happy we were only there for one night.
