Great views

Cute little hotel with amazing views. Front desk staff was very friendly. Loved the suite setup so that we weren’t all cramped in one room. The pull out was surprisingly comfortable. Could use some updated balcony furniture. The footrest was broken off one and a nail was sticking out. The other had no footrest. Breakfast was basic. I get not having hot options at such a small place but the bagged waffles were soggy. I would have at least liked bagels or muffins. Could have been that we went late but options were limited. The restaurant next door is amazing must go there for dinner! Overall, we would stay here again.

A bit dissapointed

Breakfast was described as hot … it wasn’t plus there were no spoons for yogurt, the Bagels, bread and muffins were all pre split and packed in zip bags … tacky. Described as having a kitchen yet no plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses or bowls … No sink stoppers.

Tired place

This hotel has seen better days. It's very run down and many things need to be replaced: toilet accessories, faucets, furniture, lamps. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. It's the only hotel in the area so they have a monopoly on where people can stay outside of Lexington Park. The views are really great.

Short getaway

The area is beautiful.The room needs improvement.The handle on the toilet was broken and the bar in the large closet.I went to inform them of this n was told they could only give a down graded room.We kept our room .If you want a good view of the ocean don't get the last room a tree obstructs the view.Overall it was a nice place to visit n very peaceful.The staff were pleasant n always respectful.

Bad experience

Very dissatisfied and disappointed experience. My first night couldn’t rest due to couple next room was fighting all night, screaming and slammed doors from midnight until almost 4am , then making loud sexual noises until 5am then argue again . Pack my bag and left at 530am I notified the staff. Too bad this place have beautiful views and could be a nice spot but I will never stay here again

The condition of the hotel was marginal. the toilet paper holder was off the wall, the shutters over the patio door were off track and the TV system was up graded poorly. it was full of snow. the room is tired and needs a refresh.

This hotel has the advantage of being the only hotel between Lexington Park and Piney Point. The entire hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. There are tons of spider webs and dirt on the balconies. The bathrooms are not very clean and there was a ton of unrecognizable gunk behind the bathroom faucet. The front desk staff is very nice and it's next to the Ruddy Duck restaurant and bar which is a great spot.

Room was very run down. For example a shower bar was removed, the wall patched and never painted. The furniture is old, worn and stained. We paid the same price for a suite and a regular room. That made no sense.
