Nice location. The hotel was dated and needy some renovations. Damp and musky smell in hallways and room. The TV picked up 3 stations, cartoon, BET and Laugh in channel. I think this is more of a fishing hotel. Employees were nice and check-in and out were fast.

My stay was good, I will definitly stay again! My only complaint is the shower did not work and the balcony needs a good power wash (dead bugs everywhere)... Other than that, it was great! I was disappointed in the breakfast as well.

Staff were nice but the rooms need updating.

Toilet running continuously. Black mold in corner of the room by the door. Little beat up remodeled but left holes where the blinds were. Not really clean.

Comfortable stay

We were only in town for a weekend, visiting my Aunt. The room was large and comfortable. The TV needs updated and the in room coffee pot could be replaced but we weren’t there to binge TV, so it was okay.

Piney Point Jewel

We love this place and have stayed here many times. There is a superb seafood restaurant next door called The Ruddy Duck. Fresh oysters from the Bay coming literally from the water in front of the restaurant. Both of these establishments are highyly recommended. The best part? The is water on both sides of this location as it is a narrow strip of land. Water all around.

A gem of a place

You know how they say if you find something phenomenal dont share? I didnt find it. Just kidding. I wanted something out of the way non touristy. This is it. Beautiful views of the Potomac on one side and St. Mary's river on the other. Peaceful. Only issue was storms came through and knocked the power out the first night which was not managements fault. They were accomodating and apologetic. Power was back on within 2 hrs. We will definitely be back.
