Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. The room is on a side street so traffic noise was fine. The room was very tastefully decored, very clean, modern. Lovely bathroom, divine shower, nice lighting, really a very pleasant place to spend an evening and morning.

Overall a good stay. I would stay here again. Good location for walking to different restaurants and area interests. Staff was helpful with storing our stroller downstairs. The portable air conditioner in the room kept it comfortable. Beds were very firm which I like but may not be for you if you prefer a soft bed. We booked for 5 people but only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. They will give you extra if needed but wish better stocked ahead of time. Toilet paper was very nice and thick, not thin stuff most hotels use. Also loved the mini fridge in our room.

The location of this place is very nice - close to many nice establishments. The hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly. My only "complaint" about the room is the air conditioning. Since it's a boutique hotel, they had to retrofit the AC, so they installed standalone units in each room. These are OK, but not great and quite noisy at night. But I would definitely stay at this place again.

AC inconsistent. Hot water inconsistent. Elevator broken during our entire stay. Staircase very slippery and steep and we fell on the first day. We stayed 4 nights and climbing from ground to first to fourth floor everyday for senior citizens in our group was definitely not ideal. Will not stay here again.

Hotel Boutique Emma, es un hotel muy sencillo; es cómodo; tiene acceso a restaurantes y zonas muy bonitas de la ciudad (de ahí que el costo no sea mas económico), la habitación tiene el tamaño justo para estar a gusto, la cama es agradable y el servicio de internet y tv por cable es muy bueno; la presión de agua y que siempre hay agua caliente disponible es algo que se agradece. No tiene amenidades extras, solo hacen limpieza en la habitación si lo solicitas; me toco una habitación sin ventana por lo cual podría sentirse algo encerrado, la habitación cuenta con cafetera de capsulas y un aire acondicionado portátil (el nivel de ruido que genera pudiera resultar incomodo para algunas personas, pero no para mi) En general me parece un buen lugar para pasar la noche. pd. Al momento de recibir la factura, note que no retienen el ISH (impuesto sobre hospedaje) lo que en lo personal me afectara por que necesito dicho impuesto desglosado para temas de contabilidad en el trabajo.

Pésima experiencia. Jamás volvería a este hotel y tengan muchísimo cuidado si se hospedan aquí. Después del concierto de BTS, tiramos a la basura una Army Bomb pirata porque compramos una nueva original dentro del evento. Al día siguiente pedimos limpieza y, casualmente, después de que entró el personal, la Army Bomb original desapareció y la pirata apareció acomodada entre nuestras cosas. O sea, alguien literalmente revisó la basura, tomó la original y dejó la falsa. Fuimos a recepción pensando que al menos tomarían el tema con seriedad, pero la “investigación” fue un chiste. Revisaron cámaras que NI SIQUIERA apuntan hacia la puerta de la habitación y concluyeron que “no vieron nada raro” porque la empleada estuvo solo 4 o 5 minutos dentro del cuarto. Como si en 5 minutos no alcanzara perfectamente para abrir una bolsa, sacar algo y esconderlo. Obviamente la basura “ya no estaba”, convenientemente. Y como según ellos “no hay pruebas”, decidieron no hacer absolutamente nada. Su gran solución fue ofrecernos una noche gratis para regresar en otra ocasión, ¿regresar a un lugar donde desaparecen tus cosas dentro de la habitación? Lo peor no fue solo el robo, sino la forma tan incompetente en la que manejaron todo. Cero responsabilidad, cero apoyo y solo “entendemos”. Qué casualidad que el objeto desaparece justo después de que entra limpieza. Pero claro, para el hotel eso no es sospechoso. Si se hospedan aquí, escondan TODO o mejor busquen otro lugar.

La atención siempre fue buena y atenta esta cerca de todo y pude salir a cualquier lugar caminando Pero las instalaciones no me gustaron, me toco que el elevador no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado solo es un tipo ventilador pero cada hora se llenaba de agua y se tenía que sacar para que pudiera funcionar, y era obligatorio porque los cuartos son muy calientes y no tienen ventanas ni para el baño o no se si ses dependiendo del cuarto y es muy molesto sobre todo para dormir, el cuarto era muy muy pequeño yo creo que para el precio no vale la pena, es muy incomodo quedarse ahí, aun que el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto es molesto tener que estarlos buscando a cada rato, sobre todo tener que bajar porque no tiene teléfono la habitación, en opinión personal no me gustó que para acceso al cuarto tienes que poner un código de 9 caracteres para entrar, yo creo que si fuera al menos de 4 estaría bien pero de preferencia con llaves, paredes demasiado delgadas y pisos también, escucha las pisadas del cuarto de arriba y el piso aparte es muy ruidoso. Reitero, el personal es perfecto pero la habitación queda mucho a deber.

Tengo muchas opiniones cruzadas de este lugar, empezando con instalaciones (hotel): Lamentablemente el ascensor que tenían no estaba en funcionamiento, incluso su personal sufría con esto ya que veía subir a las camaristas con grandes cargas de blancos por las escaleras, esto definitivamente le quita varios puntos. Ahora, habitación: Me quedé en la habitación sencilla y para mi sorpresa no contaba con ventanas, es muy pequeña, ideal para solo dormir, pero mi único inconveniente es que menciona tener “cortinas blackout” por lo que uno esperaría mínimo una ventana. Por otra parte, el mantenimiento en la habitación era excelente, contaba con dos extractores que fueron mi salvación y todo en la habitación funcionaba, no se veía nada viejo ni dañado, en ese aspecto le daría 100/10 estrellas, se aprecia mucho que se fijen en los pequeños detalles dentro los cuartos. Otra cosa a destacar es su cercanía al metro Sevilla (Línea 1). No sé si volvería, pero no me la pasé mal, el personal muy atento. Por último, proceso de reserva: en NINGÚN lado mencionan sobre un depósito que se te cobra en la tarjeta como “garantía” en caso de aplicar no show, según toma 48 hrs hábiles en devolverse, sigo en espera.

Hotel quebra-galho, é bem pra quem não se importa com conforto e barulho. Meu caso foi um acúmulo de viagens e realmente não atendeu minhas expectativas, mas, faz parte! Foram simpáticos em cuidar das malas após o checkout, mas isso era o mínimo. Pode melhorar bastante na questão de isolamento acústico, elevador e conforto dos travesseiros.
