The bathroom wasn't very clean. The toilet had hair on seat , & there was long dark hair on the floor . It didnt look like it was mopped :(

We would definitely stay here again. Very clean, bed and pillows were comfy and the bed linens were great. Towels were very fluffy! Nice selection for breakfast and they were restocking it as needed! The staff was friendly and there to help with anything needed! Great place, don’t miss it!

The staff are very nice and helpful. Their breakfast is very good. A big variety and something for everyone. Would recommend.

Okay stay!
The staff were great and friendly. The hotel/ room was clean and stocked. The pool was cold with LOTS of chlorine. Everyones eyes were burning soon as you walk into the pool area. It was SO STRONG. The hot tub was broken.

My reservation was not on file even after I presented my itinerary number. This made the check in process long and dragged out. Then I was told that my card was declined....Obviously, this was not accurate and if my card supposedly was declined at the time of booking, the reservation would not have gone through.. I also got a text the day of my check in while I was traveling to be completed to speed up check in...again...no reservation was on file at the actual hotel so that was a waste of my time.. again...if my card was supposedly declined at the time of booking, I would not have gotten a text. In addition, if my card was declined at the time of booking, it wouldnt have booked and I couldve not shown up and nothing would've been charged to my account.?? I doubt that. Not impressed by this whole lost reservation issue.. Would like some type of compensation please. Lucky I was in a smaller town and was still able to stay because they were not full.
