The property itself was as advertised, clean, appliances work, wifi worked, everything you'd expect from the listing. Master bed mattress was good and sheets were well prepared, but the kids mentioned the pull out couch was... well, a pull out couch, so fine for kid backs, but I wouldn't suggest an adult plan to sleep on it. The pull out couch was fully made up when we arrived (Thanks!). There is one wall AC unit in the main room that worked very well, and the owners have a standing fan that they provided to push the cold air through the master bedroom, which was just fine. Overall 5 stars from the point-of-view. Other reviewers mentioned the stairs to get to Dubrovnik, you're aware of this already. I think what caught me a little by surprise was the parking situation. You're on the property with other tenants and the parking is 3 deep, so you're parking each other in. We had to coordinate twice to move cars for tenant needs. Everybody was good about it and the host fully coordinated the effort and times, but it's not necessarily something you want to worry about on vacation. That being said, the host DOES have parking at the property and they did properly register the car for us to drive into the restricted area, so that is appreciated.
