Location is perfect. Lose to train station and harbor and supermarket. Very nicely maintained condo hotel. All modern electronic. For non European traveller, it is better to download hotel app in advance or ask rep to add your email to app to receive verification code. All self check in, for people not used to tech. It is little bit challenging.

The check-in process was quite disorganized, and we experienced several issues. However, the room was clean, well-equipped, and had all the necessary facilities. It’s a good option for longer stays and families. The location was also convenient and well-connected.

Alt fungerede fint med besked om indtjekning osv. Fin og ren lejlighed helt centralt i Bergen - alt var nyt og fungerede. Måske kunne vi have ønsket os en dør ind til soveværelset, da 2 sov i stuen.

It was exactly what we needed! We were there to visit friends for a wedding, and having a small kitchen and laundry in our hotel made our time in Bergen easier. It was nice, if not nicer, than a hotel. The studio room was perfect for my husband and me, and we will definitely use this hotel again. The key card is your phone rather than the kiosk in the lobby/entrance; although it worked, it did malfunction when we tried to check in, but the help desk over the phone was amazing and couldn't have been more kind and polite to assist.

Room was clean, spacious and very conveniently located to many restaurants & bars. Super walkable once you’re there. However, parking was not convenient and the laundry didn’t work very well. Beds also weren’t very comfortable.

Nice apartment hotel, clean and close to all. The major issue is a self check in with one - in machine in one building and have many doors & stairs in between the 2 buildings. Taxi drop off is at the entrance without the check-in kiosk and you got inside with stairs, doors and no sign of the check in kiosk & elevator location. Overall, the hotel is not a user friendly, many glitches on the "high tech" - phone key, lights, stove and door. I watched many people confused, frustrated through out of my stay.

Très bien situé par rapport bateau / aeroport / centre ville Très propre et bien équipé Petite limite de la technologie : l'édition des cartes clés ne fonctionnait pas et nous ne parlons pas un anglais suffisamment fluide pour nous expliquer par téléphone ...mais heureusement d'autres locataires nous ont aidés :) Bergen est une chouette destination

Location and style of the rooms were great. However, they are very stingy with their amenities - they only give you 2 towels and charge you for any extra. I booked a 1 bedroom so I can use the bed and sofa bed for myself and my mom and they were trying to charge me to use the sofa bed/get linens. This was not mentioned anywhere at booking and kind of ridiculous to enforce when you purposely pay more to book a bigger place. If I knew that I would’ve just booked a normal queen bed vs a double bed room. They also charge you over $125USD for cleaning but make you do dishes/take out the trash.. why charge a cleaning fee then? Anyways, I won’t be coming back.

For a serviced apartment, it was acceptable. The apartment was clean and functional. It's also in a good location so easy to access they key areas of Bergen. On the down side, the building is like an Alfred Escher design. The rooms are sign posted well enough, but you go up and down multiple stairs (with luggage!) due to multiple buildings being part of the property. The check-in was a bit complicated to get in and get keys for the rooms and the way the locks work (sometimes you need to key to lock the apartment). I also had to set up the app which is fine, but paying for the rooms since I had two rooms needed some customer support.

Le système de réception virtuel fonctionne. Sauf la porte d’entrée principale qui était Brisé notre arrivée et une note à notre départ quelle était encore brisé. Mais jamais vu personne!!
