It’s just a room. The only issue was that the shower light was movement activated and illuminated the room if you walked past.

Lift do not work most of the times, stairs are very steep, okay for a night or two, close to city center.

Kamer was schoon, uitleg was duidelijk en goed. Erg goed voor de prijs!

Nice hotel with interesting concept. Very good location short walk the train station and city center. There is a Jumbo supermarket and restaurants next door. As clearly marketed it is a room and digital key with no human contact. Room is clean and for longer stay cleaned every 4 days. I recommend the hotel but you need to have a mobile with internet access otherwise you will not be able to access the hotel and room.

It’s a modern type of Keyless Urban Hotel with no personnel on site, but with a Jumbo Supermarket and Restaurants around it. The Rooms are basic and clean, with epoxy floors, which I really like. It’s a 4 to 6-minute walk to the train station and 12-15 minutes to the downtown area, Oude Markt, with all kinds of bars and restaurants. There is everyday house cleaning as long as you are in the short-term room. For people with cars, there is a parking lot with 40 EV charging stations.

The management from bottom to top are excellent! Very helpful , Harold the manager, Elke the admin are exceptional! Correspondences with questions and requests were quickly answer by Elke - first, the very next day - due to 9 hours time difference. We are in Arizona. We did not end up using the upgraded room we paid additionally, I asked for refund, after returning in Arizona, I emailed them, providing my banking info. refund was in my account within 24 hours.

Goed: ruime kamer, netjes, nabij centrum. Minder goed: afval buiten, veel lawaai binnen en buiten. Er was een feest op de gang.

Good location a short walk from Enschede train station. An efficient system of digital key entry using mobile phone but guests must make sure to have mobile data access so that they can access the webpage with the key. Room was minimalist, but comfortable and clean. If all you need is a bed for the night, you could do a lot worse.

Inchecken etc heel makkelijk via internet. Kamer netjes goed.

A bit smelly

It smelled of urine in the lift and hallway. The room was fresh and pillows fluffy. The shower was weak.
