Great location. Close to Vatican and St Peter's Basilica. Also close to Metro station for easy commute to visit the Colosseum. Easy to get in and out of. Rooms were all in great condition. Very comfortable stay.

En las especificaciones no advierte que no es un hotel y que es solo un piso dentro de un edificio, me salía que incluía desayuno y no fue así. Las instalaciones no estaban mal pero al llegar nadie abrió la puerta y nunca recibí un mensaje con las instrucciones de cómo abrir la puerta de antemano, al llegar nos atendió un señor apurado que me dio las claves de acceso mal, también la puerta del cuarto no servía la cerradura y me dijeron en primera instancia que duerma así a lo que me negué y luego de una hora me dieron otra habitación

No 24 hour desk staff

We were unaware that this hotel did not have 24 hour service until they contacted me 2 hours before my first day arriving. I only saw people working there at the desk or at all period for the moment I checked in. I didn’t like that was not information stated in the description of this hotel prior to booking otherwise I would not have felt comfortable with this. At one point the door was broken and I was not able to get into the building. Again if there were people that actually worked there that never would’ve been an issue. Basically I saw no employees in that building at all except for the 10 minutes during my check in.
