Outstanding room in a perfect location. I have stayed in Xela several times and this is by far my favorite lodging. The room is clean and modern, with a great view over the Parque Central. The bed is super comfortable and the shower and amenities are excellent. We were in town to go to a movie and knew we wouldn't be back until 11pm. Luis Alfonso was awesome. We called him to open the parking lot for us and he was right there. In the morning we walked to our favorite cafe for breakfast - so many great choices in easy walking distance. Somehow I missed the notification from Expedia about checking in and we were a bit confused at first. There are no signs to indicate that you're in the right place. However, we found it and were checked in quickly. Highly recommended!

The room was immaculately clean, well stocked, and there were so many thoughtful touches! You can tell whomever manages the property deeply cares about their guests needs and comfort. It is on the square and I know others have complained of noise, but I found the ear plugs they provided were more than sufficient to let me sleep. Everyone we encountered was so helpful, kind, and patient with my abysmal Spanish. I would absolutely stay here in this perfect location across from the beautiful park again!
