From the road this hotel looks like a holdover from the 30's. Your parked your car 5 steps from the door, which I truly appreciate. Inside, however, the rooms were surprisingly clean and modern with small kitchen appliances in addition to standard hotel niceties. It is located on the east side of town on US 56 and consequently it is in the quiet end of Great Bend. I loved it and will definitely stay here again when I have the opportunity.

This motel is a great price for what it is. Everything was clean and remodeled to the point that it was pleasant. It had a little kitchen. We had no complaints.

Most importantly the staff is amazing and super helpful, I'd rate the staff 20 stars if I could. The outside may look rough but the rooms inside are updated and clean. Absolutely would stay here again.

The bed was super comfortable. The room had a decent sized fridge with a real freezer, not one of those little freezer compartments. The staff was very friendly. This is an older motel but it's clean and comfortable - definitely the best place to stay in Great Bend for this price point.
