Benjamin and the entire staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. This was our first time to Ghana and we could have not asked for a better experience. When we had any requests, they were responsive and helpful.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and as shown in pictures. Location was very convenient to the airport and other local amenities. Supermarket located on ground floor to buy essentials and opens till 11pm. Overall, had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay again and recommend.special shout out to Benjamin who allowed me to store my bags after checkout.

2/10 不太好

Loud boiler noise throughout the night that was not fixed regardless of promises. No consistent water hot or cold. Flooding in the room, honestly a nightmare experience, no refund was granted either

The security and reception team at Kass Tower were incredibly kind and helpful. I felt very safe, especially with the facial recognition system in place. I arrived early and, unfortunately, my room wasn’t ready yet—but I was able to relax in the lobby, which was really comfortable. I also really appreciated having a coffee shop and supermarket right on the ground floor—super convenient. Room was clean

6/10 不錯哦

The sheets had a lot of stains on them. Please put brand new sheets it may have been washed but the sheets looked filthy because of the stains all over the white sheets and Duvert but they tried hiding it.

Style meets business convenience

The apartment is perfectly comfortable, stylishly furnished, well equipped and centrally situated. The integrated business lounge makes remote working more than possible and the 2 coffee shops and downstairs supermarket ensure that you are a stones throw from everything that you might need.

I really enjoyed my time in Ghana staying at Kass Towers. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff friendly and helpful when needed. The room itself was in excellent condition and very clean and with all appliances pretty much provided. We had a two bed apartment and it was very spacious and like a home away from home. The gym is absolutely great and the swimming pool excellent. The bar by the pool was very quiet and not a great selection but it definitely doesn’t distract from the fact that the whole environment was great. I will definitely come back. Thank you Kass Towers

The room was clean but unfortunately we waited for about an hour to be checked in. One of the bathrooms was flooding during shower. However, the staff were helpful.
