整體不錯。老闆及老闆娘都很親切, 老闆娘尤其細心, 知道我們要去浸spa, 特別另外提供兩條毛巾。亦提供旅遊點折扣coupons, 節省不少。有基本煮食用具, 可應付需要。

對Bella Vista有好的住宿經驗，所以這次旅遊繼續預訂。房間非常寬敞，建議可以訂有廚房的房間，烹煮三餐非常方便，整體價位便宜，大家分攤下來很划算。老闆與老闆娘非常友善，建議我們參加當地一些活動，我們住宿兩天，非常愉快！

A nice place to stay. The front desk did everything they could when they realised they hadn't given me a room with two beds. We got given milk free of charge and the internet was fast and the bathroom heater warmed up every room. Opposite Kaiaru park as well where you can see free thermal pools.

We stayed for a night last minute. Comfortable bed and perfect location for what we needed. Would stay again.

A good place to stay with a friendly host who was happy to share his knowledge of the area. Easy check in. Clean and tidy room with all amenities catered for. A soft comfy bed. Ample parking. Would happily stay here again if in the area.

Just outside downtown Rotorua, Bella Vista was a convenient starting point for travel to area attractions. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, but the furnishings were dated. It was very clean, but the sulphur smells of nearby pools of hot springs and vented steam got to us after a while.

The motel is in an older area and is showing it's age in some areas. Our room door was difficult to open and a few of the interior fixtures were pretty old and low end. It's on a busy road and can be noisy when traffic is heavy.
