The rooms has bugs & my kids were not able to sleep. It would be nice if they value privacy. The pool which is located privately has become public. So loud at night where we can’t sleep. Also, they charged us for booking that we cancelled coz we accidentally put the wrong date.Lessons learned.

Always a pleasure staying there. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool this time. Other times I’ve stayed we’ve invited family nearby to go swimming and they absolutely loved it. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice great place to stay the great people working in the counter.

Everything was great here nice room nice location nice staff but the WiFi was not working so had no access to internet or tv so it wasn’t too exciting in the room with no tv and no music .. in all fairness though the WiFi connection mishap was due to a recent typhoon as the staff said

Schöne poollandschaft - keine Feenbedienung für die Klima die wie der Kühlschrank sehr laut ist. Nur 2 kleine Wasser pro Nacht - mehr musste man im Restaurant für 50 Peso kaufen - finde ich bei einer 3,5 Sterne Anlage eine Sauerei

Room was unfortunately dirty. There were also a lot of cockroaches so we didn’t sleep at all from being freaked out. It was also noisy outside of the room( there is a pool so that was expected) probably better for families to stay by that area. Otherwise staff was nice.
