My go to now when in Burbank/NoHo area. Rooms are cozy, but comfortable. The room always feels clean. Furniture and decor is modern and sleek with many modern amenities like charger ports and AV hookups for the television. Bathroom had plenty of soap and body wash/shampoo as well. I had a couple specific accommodations for my stay and the cleaning staff was quick and helpful. There’s always someone available for help if needed and the front desk (located out front with outdoor access) was pleasant and flexible. I had a flight change and they helped adjust my reservation twice. The parking is extra, but cheap and worth it as it is fully enclosed by the property so everything feels private. Next time I’m here I will book again!

I’ve stayed here multiple times throughout last year. I can honestly say it has always been an amazing beyond words experience from the price to the service to the clean list.

We were looking for a place near universal studios and this place worked out well. Only 8 min away from universal (freeway) and 16 min through the streets. Loved the room we stayed in, I believe it was a family room. My sister and oldest child stayed in the bunk beds and my husband and two littles slept on the king size bed. Everything was clean & did not struggle with parking. Only “downfall” for me was hearing the folks upstairs. I could hear footsteps and thumps but other than that, we loved it. Definitely staying here again.

The rooms are neat and new. The location is very convenient to Universal Studios if you are travelling. As others commented, the family who runs the hotel is extremely kind and hands on. Our daughter was sick during the stay and the owners helped me with changing bedsheets in the middle of the night and were extremely sympathetic. Highly recommend.

The staff was available and the room was clean. When we checked in they told me they charge $10 for parking each night, even though we booked to stay. Ive never been charged for that before anywhere. I booked a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed to sleep 6. There was 2 beds but no sofa bed. When I asked for a different room that had one and they said no. That the room sleeps 6. That we could sleep 3 to a bed. The remote didn't work and the sliding bathroom door kept getting stuck.

I give it a two, because the staff was nice. But the bathroom was dirty, the sheets and blankets were dirty as well. There was no Microwave and the fridge didn’t work. There was music playing loud in the parking lot, no one went out to tell the guy to turn it down.
