Fair

Parking felt safe. Staff was a bit harsh in order to get fresh towels we had to bring the dirty ones down ourselves. Breakfast was a bit deceiving. Many moments there was no one at the front desk there was always a sign be back in a few minutes and if you dialed zero to let them know you were waiting you still had to wait. The front desk should always have someone who can give you recommendations for food directions etc.The cleanliness and space of the room was excellent. Not bad for the amount of days we stayed. I would stay again if needed too

Stinky, knat infested room

I will never recommend this place to anyone!! The front desk ladies were very passive aggressive. They showed visually irritation with customers checking and you could just tell they just didn't want to be there. There was no restroom in the lobby area for customers who were checking and when asked if there was one I was told not for the public only employees you have to wait till you get checked in. The room smelled!! There was a very very strong body odor that lingered in the room. The reclined that was in the room was worn, old and visible signs of wear. The bathroom had knats the flew out of the drain when I turned the water on. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! The bedding had an over pungent smell of Clorox and that made my nose burn. I didn't get much sleep at all, due to the odors and the feel of the bed. Glade to only have been there 1night!!!!

The room was filthy. Kitchen sink full of old fried chicken oil. I booked for two nights and had to leave immediately.

Very mixed review

The property advertised "Grab and Go" Breakfast which would have been perfectly acceptable. However, not only was there no breakfast, there was not even coffee anywhere--not in the snack area or in the room. Also, the armchair in the room was in disrepair. The naugahyde was ripped off the arms and the sticky stuffing was exposed. I have never stayed in a hotel room where the furniture was ripping apart. And the bath towels were about the size of 2 hand towels. Front desk staff was friendly. The shower was fantastic!

Room for improvement

This property is very run down and in desperate need of a remodel. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and the vinyl of the arms on the recliner had been torn off. While there was plenty of hot water, the bathroom sink backed up and drained very slowly. There were ants in the bathroom the entire time and not just a couple. Breakfast left little to be desired. Some fruit and grain bars, packaged muffins and oatmeal, and coffee. The staff was kind and friendly except the man in housekeeping whom I asked to change out two wash cloths and the bath mat because it was full of ants. He acted put out that he had to walk into the laundry room to retrieve these items for me. We won’t be staying here again and probably won’t choose an extended stay again.

No pool for the kids. One of my rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and no dishes or pots/pans were not made available for the kitchenette in our room.

Stay anywhere else

We arrived late in the afternoon. Go inside to check in, and there was a sign "assisting other guests, be back soon". After waiting 15 minutes, I called the hotel, and the worker was literally 10 feet away, sitting in an office. While that was irritating, it was nothing compared to the room itself. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a pungent odor that I would say was urine. It was incredibly unpleasant. I went out and purchased room spray, that did absolutely nothing. I believe the smell was coming from the AC unit. I wiped down the counters, and they did seem to be already clean..it just did not smell clean. Luckily, we were there for our son's graduation and was only in the room to sleep. Otherwise, we would have changed hotels and not even cared about a refund.

Do not recommend!

Needs a deep cleaning. Non smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke bad enough we slept with window open. Beds uncomfortable and hard. Chair was ripped up.

Nice place

Overall, the hotel was nice. Don’t have many complaints are recliner and the suite was missing a ton of leather looked really beat up, but everything else was fine. There was limited to no breakfast, but everybody was friendly.

The first night condensation from ac unit above us dripped on our ac unit and was very annoying. I am a light sleeper and kept me up. 2 nd night it didn’t and was great.

Filthy room

Bathroom had not been cleaned and when we complained they said all the staff were off duty. They offered to come up “in the morning”. No offer of moving us, no discount, not even an offer of giving us a broom to clean it ourselves.
