This hotel has potential but the staff here is unprofessional, unhelpful and does not care about their clients. First the issue of the air conditioning; apparently it makes more sense to use a calendar date to turn on the AC then to actually evaluate the temperature , which was very warm at the beginning of May-the staff lied to me telling me they would get it fixed or give us another room, even sending a tech to the room instead of being honest about there being none at all for our stay. The lobby and auditorium were nice and cold though. Restaurant is over priced and staff are more interested in their conversations than serving, but they put a service charge on the bill. Housekeeping had days they wouldn’t show up at all or they came at 4:30pm after we’d been out all day, they were continuously taking our key card with them that we left in the electric panel, if the do not disturb was on we were still disturbed. Front desk barely spoke English in an international hotel and never addressed concerns-directions were asked for the metro and wrong information was provided. I will not stay here again.

Could be better

Terrible that the staff cannot communicate properly with guests-working in hospitality and also as an international centre for so many events you would think that they would be more fluent. Huge problem with air conditioning and being lied to about fixing the problem when the entire hotel doesn’t have it until they restart it in the middle of May but multiple staff were saying they would fix it even sending a technician to the room. I could have accepted the explanation earlier on but did not appreciate the ill trained staff.

Karşılama çok güzel

Standart bir oda ayırtmıştık. odaya girdiğimiz zaman mis gibi tertemiz bir odayla karşılaştık. masamızın üzerinde taze meyve tabagi yanında kuru yemiş tabagi bizi bekliyordu. Hergün odamıza su ve kahve çay yenilemesi yapıldı. banyomuz odamız havlularımız çok temizdi. - ağır kokulu oda spreyleri sıkılmamıştı- kötü yorumlardan dolayı biraz çekin miştik ama her şey mükemmeldi. Otel konumu ve bina gayet güzel. Temizlik evet, oda ve kahvaltı salonu olabildiğine temizdi. Pendik de bir otel nihayetinde. Fakat resepsiyon da bulunan genç bir kadin çalışan arkadaş haricinde herkesin sutati 5 karış. Ay ne mutsuz çalışanlar. Bir sey sormaya çekiniyor insan. Acilen personel egitim destegi almasi gereken güzel bir otel. Kahvaltı salonundaki çalışanlar da dahil. Sanki biz zorla uyandirip işe getirmişiz sizi. Sabah sabah insanin modu düşüyor.

Choose this hotel if the other option is street!

Worse experience of a hotel stay ever! I am sure once it was a great hotel, as the building is of great architecture for a sea front hotel, the hotel was great probably right after it was founded 15 years ago, and thereafter it started to degrade with no maintenance at all!! Almost no amenities were working as they should! No air conditioning in the rooms, broken shower head, The hotel is advertised with air condition that works as fan only! Neither cooling nor heating does not work! First room which was heated by sunlight temperature increased to 30C our room was changed to the cooler side of building but during night time the temperature fell below 20C and air condition was not able to heat up! Don’t be fooled by 5 stars, it is all about the tooth brush and bath room supplies which no one really uses! In reality the hotel cannot compete with one star guest house and is only a better alternative rather than sleeping at street side! Cleaning also is an issue, there was a used wound plaster on the floor in front of room door which remained there until the last day! The pool change room was never cleaned as smelled like toilet! And the toilet was broken! Corridors were unnecessarily too dark hardly able to notice any clean or dirty surfaces! The room’s shower head was broken water was bolted to our head! The sink drain was very slow! We gave up calling for several services with no results and we were only waiting to check out and escape from the disaster hotel!
