房間乾淨整齊，床的品質硬度都很好，晚上睡得很安穩。 無論是櫃檯的接待人員，或是旅館的工作人員，都很熱心回答我們的問題，並解決我們的需求。 對於想要住在舊城區的旅客，我十分推薦這間旅館！

Very good experience at the hotel. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Absolutely fantastic location, very local to tourism sites. Good idea to have a little Lire cash to pay for tips. Close to Grand Bazaar and smaller bazaars. Breakfast is a little boring (continental); better to go out.

The people working at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, it's the first hotel I've stayed in that I'd give 10 stars if I could. Everything is spotless and lovely, and the location is excellent.

The hotel is perfect - great location (close to restaurants, and we walked the Grand Bazaar). We loved the shower and bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff were excellent - I scheduled a transfer from the airport, and scheduled a ride to our cruise ship. Definitely we’ll stay next trip to Istanbul.

Loved my 2 night stay. I was upgraded to the Double Comfort room which was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was beautiful. Great location to the main sites and restaurant. Reception, housekeeping and the cook were all amazing. Air conditioning worked well and the room was clean

Perfect hotel to use as base for exploring the city as it is walkable to everything. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, very quiet. My only notes of caution are that the AC is centrally controlled and trended to be too cold - I was able to open a window and turn it off at night but I don’t know if that’s an option in every room. Also the breakfast is fresh and tasty and sets you up well for a day’s walking but is quite basic, not the lavish affair in other Istanbul hotels.
