GREAT staff. Super kind, helpful and accommodating with a request for early breakfast items for my daughter who had a very early powerlifting meet. Pool looked nice. Room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. We ended up here for 2 days of our 3 day stay after an extremely bad situation at a different hotel. I wish we could have stayed the whole time but they were booked our last night. We had to be in Kenner for our event but I will stay here if I am ever in NOLA again.

Best staff ever. We had a terrible experience at another hotel and had to leave after check in. The staff streaks the Ramada made that seem less and helped accommodate some special needs/requests. Their kindness, efficiency and skill were appreciated!

The room condition was excellent. Very updated. Great toiletries, pillows and towels. Very spacious. The bad thing was that the wind whistled through the door or AC unit all night. This kept me up. The wait time to check in was 25 minutes. There was a large school group ahead of me. There should have been more people at the desk. I had already checked in online and just needed my key. They were not prepared for this group. There was no room to move at breakfast time and the food kept running out. I gave up trying to eat. I could not even get to the eggs. The receptionist did not really care. She was on her phone most of the time talking to her friend. The ride from the airport took 10 minutes with no stops.

Clean room, quiet stay, pool cleaned, regular continental Breakfast. area was convenient with many food options, and a nearby Walmart. We had no troubles during our stay. The room was nice and cold, individual thermostat in each room. Not a bunch of random people walking about, very secure.

When we arrived, I called the hotel to find out where we should meet the shuttle and the hotel staff was very patient and helpful with me. The breakfast was a typical continental food (waffles, yogurt, muffins, eggs, coffee) and the breakfast area was clean. The elevator was a little scary (it made strange noises when going down) but our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I recently stayed at this establishment from Friday to Monday and had a disappointing experience. On the first night, I reported an issue with the hot water, which was supposed to be inspected by maintenance; however, no one arrived. As a result, we did not shower that evening. The following morning, my husband investigated the issue and discovered that the hot and cold water settings were reversed. It was surprising that no one followed up on the issue. Furthermore, we did not receive housekeeping services throughout our stay despite my request at the front desk. The explanation provided was that they were understaffed, but I believe I should have been notified and offered alternative solutions, such as extra towels and trash collection.
