Apartment was clean and modern. It was in a great location near the Fashion Centre mall and the metro station. We had many amenities to cook if we wanted. It was a great stay!! They also have 24 hour staffing of the lobby which is great for security.

Great for vacation if you’re not spending much time there. We were there to sleep and wind down. If need more supplies you need to call a number and probably would have to wait awhile, front desk staff is totally separate from the rental business. Only negative would be is that our flight got in pretty early, wanted to drop off our bags/luggage so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. They said we couldn’t do it, after checking in not sure why we couldn’t have just dropped our bags off.

The apartment was in the perfect location since we were visiting for the Army 10-miler at the Pentagon. The balcony being bolted shut was a bit of a bummer but it was good otherwise.

The rental was great and very central near the Pentagon city mall and Metro station. The rental itself had all the amenities we needed to complete our stay. The rooms were clean. It smelled good. The only thing was the check-in process was a little confusing. I was told I was gonna get a check-in email with the information I needed to check in and never received that the day before. I ended up calling the host company at time of check-in to get the information needed. The host company representative was kind enough to send me this immediately, but it would’ve been nice to have had that information prior. I did get a couple voicemails the day of, from the rental hosts, however I was in flight and did not receive them until the next day for whatever reason.
The building was only a few feet away from the Nordstrom entrance into the Pentagon city mall, and only a two minute walk from inside the mall to the Pentagon city Metro station.
The living and dining area was spacious. The sofa pulled out into a a full-size sleeper with extra bedding stored in the storage underneath the sofa
There was a little desk area to work with a desk lamp.
The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware pan, coffee maker, toaster blender, pots and pans, kitchen, gadgets dishwasher, cleaning supplies for washing dishes, and washing clothes and utensils for cooking. Everything you need.

This place was excellent for a 5 day business stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for one person. Full kitchen, king bed, and 3 person sofa and 4 person dining table. I would definitely stay here again. Couple of things worth noting so you go in fully informed: the apartment is undergoing significant renovations in apartments. You will likely hear construction works during day time hours. One day of my stay the water was off due to construction (building tenants had been notified, but not people who booked via a third party site). Lifts can be slow due to sometimes 2 of the 3 being out of action in a large 16 story building. And although there is a full kitchen if you are planning on doing your own meals note that there are no basic supplies, so you will starting from scratch. Including no tea/ coffee - I left some coffee filter papers so you may be in luck with those! All of these things are easy to work around - just good to know in advance!

Check-in took a little longer than expected, but the issue was resolved within a reasonable amount of time. The building is modern, and the apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. My only complaint was that there were no towels in the room upon arrival, and no one was available to deliver any until the following day. Aside from that, my stay was very enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
