Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Tre stelle ma di tutto rispetto, camera pulita e gradevole, due bottigliette d'acqua in camera gratuite. Estrema gentilezza e disponibilitá del personale di reception. Colazione varia, sia dolce che salata. Facilitá di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Situata di fronte alla metro. Comodo a MiCo e Citylife, a breve distanza a piedi.

This is not a hotel, especially not a 3-star one. Prepare yourself for a nightmare if you plan to sleep here. The sheets smelled awful, making it hard to breathe. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. We had to leave immediately after checking in because it was impossible to stay under those conditions. The shower was filthy, and we didn’t dare to use it. When we asked for help, they said there was nothing they could do because the booking was non-refundable, so we left and forfeited the three nights we paid for. Our health and safety were more important. The staff made no effort to accommodate us. If you value your health, safety, and money, do not book this place. I wish I could upload pictures of their disgusting shower. It was a horrible experience, especially since it ruined my birthday in Milan. This is a MOTEL, not a hotel.

Aspetti che ho apprezzato e per cui consiglierei di soggiornare presso questo hotel: - Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro linea rossa (praticamente dietro l'angolo) percui potete raggiungere velocemente quello che è raggiungibile in metro - a 15 min a piedi dal centro congressi Mico Allianz (se come me siete a Milano per partecipare ad un evento al Mico questo è decisamente un plus) - a 5-10 min a piedi da CityLife - Camere silenziose - Zona tranquilla con bei palazzi - Personale gentile e disponibile Reception 24h su 24h

Poor cleaning of the room.
Room cleaning was really bad. As we found nails and potato chips on the floor we asked for a new cleaning of the room. Not much changed and found a half drunken bottle in the minibar. Good location with a short walk to the metro.

Burde være 2 stjerner..ikke 3 stjerner
Hotellet blev booket for en nat og fik det sidste værelse af den type vi havde brug for til 2 voksne og 1 teenager. Modtagelsen i receptionen var venlig og imødekommende. Dog duftede der i hele receptionen ekstremt meget af driftsmidler af en slags der fik os til at mistænke om det var for at dække over noget grimt. Værelset acceptabelt i størrelse men slidt og igen med en ekstrem duft af driftsmidler. Vi oplevede at der også var en grim kloak lugt som hurtigt forsvandt ved udluftning Da vi skulle i seng og satte aircondition til gik der en halv time så begyndte hele loftet omkring aircondition st dryppe ned på gulvtæppet. Mon det også var det der gav den dårlige lugt. Vi kontaktede receptionen som gav os to muligheder - et vi kunne lade aircondition kører og intet gøre, to få den repareret trods det var den aften. Vi valgte naturligvis at få den repareret da vi også har valgt hotellet pga af aircondition. Vi spurgte efter et nyt værelse men da Hotellet var fuldt booket var det ikke en mulighed fik vi at vide af receptionisten. Der kom hurtigt en ældre man og undskyldte mange for ulejligheden og tømte flere spande vand ud af anlægget og lagde der efter håndklæde op om anlægget så det kunne holde til næste dag. Ikke særlig betryggende!!! Vi tændte efterfølgende anlægget og det kørte kun i 15 min og så dryppede det ned igen. Vi slukkede det og opgav og gik i seng istedet. Morgenmad varieret men ikke noget særligt. Behøver jeg at skrive at vi ikke kommer igen.

The hotel is fine, though a bit outdated. And for the price that I paid, definitely not what you expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good with the standard options that you get in Italy. Just a bit shocking to see that one-way plastic cups are served! Close proximity (50 m) to the subway station and in walking distance to the MiCo conference center.

Best option near MiCO
Staff was very nice, but limited to desk staff. Don't expect help with luggage and property is not accessible. It is an old property with no proper heat/air conditioning control in the rooms. The beds are large enough and very comfortable. The room is clean. Hair dryer is of the old very low power variety. Water pressure/temperature was good. It was VERY convenient to the MiCO congress center and some very good to excellent restaurants. The breakfast buffet (hot/cold items were limited) and coffee were good. Breakfast staff were wonderful. Altrimenti, a restaurant right around the corner, is a gem!!!

Esperienza molto positiva.
Gradevole albergo collocato nei pressi della metropolitana (linea M1 Amendola) che consente di raggiungere rapidamente il centro città.
