The room was clean. Basic amenities no hair dryer or long mirror. Bed was comfy. Hard mattress fridge was smaller. Pool was clean enough some.leaves but was clean.easy check in. Loud neighbors smoked outside my door had nasty smoke smell inside the room..not the hotels fault of course. I would.stay again if it was for an overnight only.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. From the very friendly lady who checked us in, to the immaculately renovated room, there is nothing I can say needed to be improved upon. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and the guest staying on the floor above us was walking around all night long which kept us awake past 3am. The other challenge we had was getting the room a comfortable temperature. We were either too hot or too cold with the AC unit set at 74. Otherwise, the hotel was in a good location and the pool was nice and clean.

Our room was very comfortable and mostly updated however there was only a deadbolt to lock the door and I would have felt better having a latch on the top. No one bothered us however, and the beds were super clean and comfy!

My gf and I enjoyed our stay, very quiet at night, clean room, clean covered, everything nice. TV wasn't connecting to the Wi-Fi but that was ok, we rested very well. Would definitely consider it if we come back to uvalde.

The room itself was nice and clean. I was a bit hesitant when I first arrived because the door to the room was very dirty but the room was well kept. I did not like that I had to purchase a wrist band for each guest utilizing the pool, even if certain people were not swimming. The cost of each wristband is $15. I did not have to purchase one for myself. I do not travel much but I have never had to pay for using the pool at hotels I stayed at in the past. Maybe this is a new trend. The last thing is that breakfast was not included. Not sure if I will re-book when I travel to Uvalde again.

Telephone doesnt work, several lights don't work, staff doesn't care. Hotels.com has given this place too high of a rating. Try about a 5 ! I am in uvalde tx. and just lost 5 houses and several vehicles in the 1000 year flood here... there is no consideration for us people escaping. Sadly this place is the only thing left in town. My suggestion is to find something better.

There were no amenities, iron/ironboard, hairdryer etc...the little things that we are use to seeing when you check into a hotel. Never saw cleaning staff in the 2 days we were there.
