It was very nice place with a very good restaurant. The food in the restaurant during lunch was excellent, but the portions were really small. The breakfast was superb!!

I booked (and paid for) a king. I was downgraded to a (very narrow) single on check in. No offer of any compensation was offered. I even had to pay for breakfast. The staff said sorry, but they were full. “Sorry” doesn’t give me what I paid for.

I told them the TV reception was poor. The technician came and couldn't fix it, and left. No follow-up. The burgers from room service were average at best. The toiletries were poor. The breakfast buffet was good. The price overall for the room was good. The overall experience just felt average.....

Arrived at about 6 am but room was not ready. Waited for about an hour, front desk said that computer was down. Just sat. Room was tidy and clean. But there were stains in the WC. Room cleaning was a little shoddy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were neutral. Letter apology came later, unaddressed; ie standard reply, and offered only a drink at the bar.

We arrived at the hotel at 5 AM but the room was not ready until 45 minutes later though we paid for the room starting from the previous day. The staff neither apologize nor compensate us for the inconvenience. One night two men somehow opened the door and walked into my room at about 4:30 AM. They ran away when I was awaken and shouted at them. I informed the hotel but there's no follow up.
