This property is overlooking the beach and tour loading area. The view from the balcony is amazing. When we arrived the property was missing some needed dishware but that was solved with a quick trip to the local store and about 400 pesos. The hot water for showers isn't great but it's acceptable. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. There was a cooking machine similar to a microwave but we couldn't figure out how it works.

Pros & Cons

Overall a pretty decent place to stay.. Pros: good location in front of the floating dock area. Great communication from the staff/ security and very responsive when messaged. Helpful staff with info and setting up activity/ rides. Came with shampoo soap toothbrush and basic items needed. Decent sized balcony. Cons: can’t cook because no stove or any sort. There is a toaster and toaster oven though. Some Utensils cups etc… Entry is through an alley way, not an issue for me, but can be a little sketch if you’re a solo traveler although security is always downstairs. The lock on the door is NOT good it’s a small key lock and you have to carry a key with you all day with water activities. Need To upgrade lock to combination or code lock. Easy fix. 1 Bathroom super small. Bedrooms decent size good Ac power in bedrooms. Only a fan in living area. So unless you keep the doors open, the living room not cool down. Late nights / early mornings can be loud with kids. Events. Dogs. Etc. hot water issue. We had hot water for 1 shower, the maintenance came by and fixed it but wasn’t working again later that night when we tried it out… notified but no resolution. I didn’t mind the cool showers as it’s a hot humid region. So it was refreshing for me. This is a most a 3/5 situation. I’m not picky at all but my friend was complaining mostly due to the lock and hot water issue. If youre not too picky with the above small issues. Then this is a good clean location.

Centralt, stort og god value for money ift El Nido

God kommunikation før ankomst - mulighed for at stille bagagen mens vi ventede på rummet var klart. Midt i al balladen i El Nido - men stadig rimelig roligt og meget rent og rart at være der. Vi har lidt allergi i familien, og der var sprøjtet meget parfume ud i rummet, da vi ankom - lidt for meget - men vi fik luftet lidt ud inden vi skulle sove. Kunne godt have boet her flere nætter - dejlig stor stue med spise bord og TV.

A number of challenges with this property. The booking agent and property had difficulty communicating which lead to a delayed checking and then the next morning they told me I had to pay, even though I had paid Expedia online. Many phone calls later it was eventually resolved. The property itself was alright, but the exterior door is in a sketchy side alley and did not feature a door on the apartment level. The only door was downstairs on the alley, a crude metal door with a metal bar to secure the door. Finally, nicer properties can be had for less money in the area.
