Poorly maintained
Found out after I was in the shower The shampoo/conditioner shower gel dispensers attached to the wall were completely empty. The free breakfast was a honey bun wrapped like you get at a gas station. The sheets had stains on them and the coffee area in the room were empty. The AC didn’t do lower than 72 and the pool was black at the bottom...too cold to swim, but just the appearance of it made me feel dirty and the hotel was not properly maintained

Well as I arrive after 15 hours drive a wanted to take a shower surprise no shampoo no body wash and went to the front desk and she tell me sorry i can get you the shampoo in the morning

Great hotel
It was a very nice hotel. Rooms very clean and service was good. Not enough parking since the hotel was full, but overall it was a great hotel.

3rd floor AC was not working. it was 80 degrees in there. Also, due to COVID-19 breakfast was grab & go and by the time we got down there at 8:30 they had run out.

From Devonte and Barbra at the front desk to Johnnie and Courtney. Everyone was excellent!! Staff was very friendly! Southern hospitality at its finest!! That pancake machine had me stuck😂😂 first time ever seeing that!
