When to celebrate my birthday and stay for 3day2night.Although they didn’t arrange anything surprise birthday cake but I still like the room and the staff was friendly.i decide to extend one more night.last day of my stay I go to enjoy the hotel spa,the front staff of the spa was very patient and helpful to explain the package,and also recommended the couple massage with Hi-tea beside the pool after massage.We are very enjoy it and also fully recommend it.will be definitely going back stay when I have back to Penang.

Everything was good but not sure about the lifts as it seems like they are not programmed well to distribute the usage. One lift service made about 6-7 stops just to go to the lobby from my 31st floor room. Isn’t the other lifts working?

Modern and thoughtfully designed hotel with great amenities, courteous and helpful staff, and a hip vibe that belies the neighborhood. The bathroom was well stocked, the shower a pleasure, and housekeeping was unseen but we always had clean towels and water. Every request we made of the staff was handled promptly and personally, kudos for the outstanding service. The location is, unfortunately, not ideal for such a premier property. The area is not really walkable, there isn't much to do around the neighborhood, and Grab drivers spent way too much time making u-turns due to the poor road layout around the hotel. The blackout curtains were very effective but sound dampening could have been better. All-in-all, five-star hotel in a two-star neighborhood.
