Vi havde betalt for tidlig indcheckning, dog måtte vi vente 1,5 time på at komme ind og kunne ikke komme i kontakt med hotellet. Da vi endelig kommer ind til vores værelse er der meget beskidt og hotelværelset er ikke gjort klar. Generelt en frustrerende oplevelse og mange problemer med opholdet desværre

Bedroom was comfortable but check in was twrribe. They gave us the wrong room code and our room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm. We had to wait another hour and a half. Room could be cleaner, we couldnt use The fan because it was too dusty

This was in a great location and price good for facilities provided. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was comfortable and convenient. We had issues accessing the front door and found the apartment door tricky but once resolved it was easy. Beware access is up a lot of stairs.

Excellent location and communication from the managers However, the room was in the top of the building and very hot, the bathroom so small you can’t shut the door when you are on the toilet and there was a lot of noise in the building in the middle of the night

Una propiedad muy buena con lo requerido para una estancia un poco más larga, y que cuenta con horno de microondas, refrigerador, cafetera y otros. La habitación que solicite era para 5 personas, y la verdad es que si esta chica, pero bien. Lo único es que cualquier estación de metro o autobús queda retirado, no es buen lugar para personas que no puedan caminar mucha distancia.

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!! The embellished pictures do NOT reflect at all the crude reality! The place is very small, old, and shabby. Unbearably HOT! No ventilation at all! The only window lead to a mini courtyard containing a sump pump and water heater, which added to the heat in the room. No counter space whatsoever! There’s the sink and a cooktop, and that’s it, no space for a single plate! The electric kettle and toaster are inside the upper cabinet where they are plugged, and they have very short wires. Plus one of the plugs had live wires exposed, creating a true shock hazard. There are NO other places to plug them, which makes it impossible to use them. The shower has only a half door, which flooded the bathroom when showering, and no floor drain. We stayed only one night, staying longer would be deleterious to anyone’s health! Of course we lost all our money, the crooks who own the place refused to return us anything. I hope that the British authorities close this place, as it should be illegal to rent such a dump!!!

Very neat & clean, and felt safe & secure. Good value for the price. Too many steps for someone my age. A towel bar and a hook or two would be helpful. Also could not get onto WiFi when needed. Good restaurants nearby, though.

Lacked basic bathroom supplies (towels, soap, toilet paper). Upon contacting the first night, towels were provided, but not other supplies. Damages in the apartment upon arrival (broken toilet seat, window, wall).

No hubo cambio de sábanas ni toallas. Se entiende que es un apartotel pero que no cambien las sábanas en una estancia de 12 noches!!! Zona insegura: en dos ocasiones me detuvo la policía me pidieron que me identificara y revisaron mis pertenencias. Pregunté la razón y me indicaron que era una zona de alto tránsito de drogas. HOTELES .COM debería hacer su tarea de lo contrario se convierte en una app poco confiable.

Very disappointed. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The study was so small. We all had a carry on, and taking down was very difficult. The managent does not reply on a timely manner. There was no toilet paper, not enough bath towels. Unfortunately, we experienced Londons heat wave which this place did not have AC. Which I know is common in London not to have AC. I requested another fan and nobody replied. This studio should Only be advertised for 3 people max! It was very close to Kensington Park.

We were in the building 15 minutes and tried to ask for our money back, but no one was available to help. The second bed had dirt in the sheets and the hallways had trash in them. I’ve asked for my money back and still no one will respond to me. Do NOT stay here

The room had a window that did not close fully. The cold wind entered the room and it was not a comfortable stay at all. When communicating with the team, someone showed up and after seeing the window even asked ‘yes, what’s the problem?’. the room is very old and the window started to fall apart. Moreover, the cleaning was not the best by far, there was hairs on the bed, stains on the floor, and not to mention the bathroom. Terrible. We ended up staying very sick, as its very cold in London, and no help was provided. They also advise the room as in 3rd floor but be prepared to go up 5 sets of stairs. Don’t stay here
