Really lovely week and would recommend to others. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort and rooms are very clean. Great choice of food daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar served lovely Greek food. Around the pool we had no problem gaining a sunbed and it was quite spacious.

Overall, this is a great hotel with a private beach, pool, and very well-maintained facilities. Free parking is available, and there are various sports activities such as volleyball and tennis. The room was excellent, clean, and well-kept, with its own balcony. The food was outstanding with a good selection, and the all-inclusive options were fantastic, especially the cocktails, which were served excellently. Evening entertainment was also offered, including a movie on the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were incredible, especially Ovidu and Alfredo at front desk. Although it seems like there are a lot of pools, there really aren’t unless you have your own swim up. Drink services at the beach would have been nice. The food was good with a large variety. The rooms were really spacious and spotless.

For an adults only half board the snackbar is very poor! Less of choice and very simple food. This was the worst experience of all the lunch restaurants in all adults only hotels i have ever been! Breakfast and diner was good!

Large comfortable rooms, good dining options, excellent staff, nice beach, comfortable sunbeds. We went end June/early July and it was lovely weather, but my wife & I both caught a sickness virus that lasted 24-48 hours & we were told that allegedly there was a sickness virus going around the island. We found several other people at the hotel who had also had the same symptoms.

Zuallererst möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorheben. Weiters, dass es egal war, wann wir an den Strand kamen, noch Liegen frei waren. Das Essen war von guter Qualität und es war immer etwas dabei, obwohl ich Vegetarierin bin. Für die Umgebung gibt es einen Stern Abzug, weil in unmittelbarer Nähe kein Supermarkt war. Der nächste ist in Kardamena. Der Hotelshop gibt nicht wirklich was her. Man kann sich im AI Programm jederzeit Wasser holen, jedoch keine Wasserflaschen, die muss man bezahlen, was gerade am Strand ein bisschen mühsam ist, weil es doch ein Stückchen zu gehen ist. So und nun der wirklich einzige Kritikpunkt: Das Handtuchservice ist an den Spabereich angeschlossen. Das Spa hat von 10-18 Uhr geöffnet und liegt neben dem Hauptrestaurant, wo während des Frühstücks auch immer 2 Damen stehen. Meine Mutter und ich stehen zeitig auf, weshalb wir die Handtücher gerne im Zuge des Frühstücks getauscht hätten, was von der Dame mit Hinweis auf die Öffnungszeiten abgelehnt wurde. Das fand ich sehr ärgerlich, weil wir gerne schon vor 10 Uhr am Strand gelegen wären. So mussten wir die Handtücher wieder mitnehmen zum Strand, um dann vom Strand wieder extra raufzugehen, um diese zu tauschen. Ähnlich verhielt es sich am Abend. Wir waren immer bis ca 1830 Uhr am Strand. Spa sperrte um 18 Uhr zu. Keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher zu tauschen. Gymzeiten ebenfalls 10-18 Uhr (im Spa) sind absolut unerfreulich. Sonst absolute Empfehlung.

Wir hatten eine Villa mit Privat Pool gebucht mit der Intension etwas Privatsphäre und Ruhe genießen zu können. Leider lag diese direkt am Hauptpool, dort bekam man natürlich alle Animation und Aktivitäten hautnah und lautstark mit. Generell war der Lärmpegel dort sehr laut. Auch hatte man von allen Seiten komplette Einsicht in den privat Pool und Liege Bereich der Villa. Dies war teilweise sehr unangenehm, da einige männliche Gäste anscheinend den Anblick von zwei Frauen die gemeinsam Urlaub machen nicht gewohnt sind. Höflich ausgedrückt. Auch wurde in den 5 Tagen nur einmal der Boden geputzt, was ich bei dem teuersten Zimmer anders erwarten würde. Fitnessstudio Geräte sind schätzungsweise aus den 70er Jahren. Essen und Lage direkt am Meer sind wirklich toll. Auch das Kinoerlebnis direkt am Strand zauberhaft. Ärgerlich war nur, dass wir ein Bett gegen Geld am Strand gebucht hatten, dieses erstens besetzt war als wir ankamen und verdreckt mit Sand. Wir waren die einzigen die Geld dafür zahlten alle andere Gäste die keine Buchung hatten durften die Betten auch nutzen. Daher rate ich davon ab.

Punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff sia alla reception che nei ristoranti e bar. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti della pulizia, sicuramente ci si aspetta qualcosa come attenzione in quanto un giorno non si è lasciato il tappetino della doccia, un altro giorno non si è pulito il patio sulla piscina privata e un giorno addirittura la stanza non è stata proprio sistemata. Inoltre, all'arrivo, sotto il tavolino dov'è posizionata la TV, ho trovato una confezione di medicinali probabilmente degli ospiti precedenti. Graditissimo invece l'upgrade effettuato in fase di check in e le bottiglie di vino offerte per la loyalty rispetto alla struttura.

Struttura molto grande ma ben organizzata. Personale molto gentile, professionale e preparato per qualsiasi richiesta, infatti per un paio di segnalazioni riguardo la mia camera, si sono attivati subito. Inoltre, cosa che ovviamente ti aspetti in una struttura a cinque stelle, sono stati sempre molto attenti ai particolari, sia per l'accoglienza di benvenuto, sia per un gradito pensiero in occasione del compleanno della mia compagna. Cibo ottimo sia per le materie prime sia per la varietà e nonostante il numero di ospiti, non ho mai sofferto il caos del buffet. La spiaggia è dotata di comodi lettini ma quello che manca sono dei bagni. Per questi bisogna spostarsi nei bar della piscina più vicina. La camera molto spaziosa e molto ben insonorizzata. Forse andrebbe un pò rinnovato l'arredo che vede a volte i segni del tempo. Consigliatissimo

Es ist ein gutes Hotel, allerdings kein 5-Sterne-Haus. Eher 4 Sterne. Der Zimmerservice könnte besser sein, z.B. wurde die Terrasse nie gesäubert, die Kaffeekapseln nicht immer aufgefüllt etc. Das Essen war ok, könnte aber abwechslungsreicher sein und kommt nicht ganz an die Qualität eines 5-Sterne-Hauses ran. Die Liegen am Hauptpool und am Strand waren sehr schnell komplett reserviert, obwohl eigentlich laut Hotelschildern reservieren nicht erlaubt wäre. Das Personal hat aber nichts dagegen unternommen. Die Pools selbst waren hingegen sehr schön. Was aber völlig überzogen war, dass wenn man eine späte Abreise hat, noch zusätzlich 140€ fällig werden, wenn man das Zimmer länger nutzen möchte (obwohl man schon mehrere Tausend € liegen gelassen hat). Sorry, das führt letztlich dazu, dass ich das Hotel nicht wieder wählen werde. Das kenne ich von anderen „echten“ 5-Sterne-Häuser anders - da gehört es zum Service.

Größtenteils sehr freundliches Personal - Mara (Rezeption) & Julia (Restaurant) waren außergewöhnlich freundlich & zuvorkommend. Es waren nicht alle Getränke inkludiert, was ich bei All-Inclusive eine Frechheit finde. Keine Getränke (außer Wasser) am Zimmer, die Badezimmer-Crene wurde nicht aufgefüllt und das Bettzeug bei einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt. Alles in allem kein 5* Service, aber nicht schlecht - für ein Zimmer mit Private Pool habe ich mir etwas mehr erwartet, aber schlecht war es nicht.

Hotel grande è opprimente . Spiaggia scomoda di sassi , cibo buono . Assolutamente negativi gli orari di alcuni servizi (uso piscina fino alle 18 ! Uso palestra dalle 10 alle 18 cioè nell’orario in cui tutti sono al mare ; nessuna disponibilità ad un late check out dalle 11 alle 12 . Hotel isolato e lontano 5 km dal centro abitato e nessun servizio di navetta . Quasi impossibile reperire un taxi. Hotel orientato su una clientela da pensionati . Sconsigliato

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione della camera e la prima sera ci hanno dato una camera diversa rispetto a quella che avevamo scelto. Per il disagio ci hanno dato all inclusive per il soggiorno. La camera del giorno seguente era molto spaziosa e rispecchiava la scelta iniziale.

Struttura bellissima immersa nel verde con piscine che accompagnano tutto il percorso alla spiaggia, si affaccia direttamente in un tratto di mare stupendo con spiaggia di sabbia, ombrelloni in paglia e lettini in legno comodissimi. Il personale gentilissimo, la ristorazione varia e completa. Le camere ampie con grande terrazzo, il bagno è dotato sia di doccia che di vasca con doccia. Se proprio vogliamo trovare unica pecca i vialetti di accesso alla reception e alle camere sono fatte di quadratini 10x10 distanziati e quindi non adatti ai tacchi e alle valigie con ruote.
