Great property, helpful staff, exceptional view. I didn’t realize it was a 2-star hotel when I initially booked, but was pleasantly surprised. The pool has an infinity edge, which sounds like a nice fountain throughout the day and night.

Very friendly and attentive staff, good clean amenities, rooms were large and clean. Parking lot can get full, but most part always managed to find a spot no problem. Breakfast wasnt anything too special, but enough to get your day started. Its located at the very end of the street, so it was bit of a walk but I actually liked how private it felt.

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel is convenient. The breakfast is outstanding and the hotel is in walking distance to everything. We went to the mineral pools at night which were fantastic. We also walked around Furnas lake and paid 26 Euros( for two people )to park there and then go to the waterfall hike which was well worth it. We took a cold plunge into the pool at the bottom of the waterfall. It was freezing but so rejuvenating, highly recommend!!! We also took the 20 minute drive to Povoacao and swam at the beach there which we pretty much had to ourselves. Cool beach and cool town. Amazing views along the way

Staff were very courteous and accommodating. We were given our room on arrival before the alloted time which was superb as we had been traveling over 24 hours. Room was cleaned daily and smelled wonderfully of citrus. Breakfast was awesome, so much choice . Fresh fruit was plentiful. We were sad to leave here and would return. Hire car is probably a good idea.

Great location - peaceful, tranquil and walkable to the town. Rooms are a little old and could use some upgrades, but was comfortable. They offer towels for going to the thermal pools. Breakfast was standard continental.

Ensimmäisen yön jälkeen saimme vaihtaa huonetta, koska sänky oli kova. Uudessa huoneessa hyvä sänky. Uima-altaalla aurinkotuolit pinttyneen likaiset. Kauniin luonnon ympäröimänä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala ok.
