DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! First, the hotel reception was rude and unaccommodating. Literally the room was ready for check in, however, they did not allow for early check in so we had to wait HOURS in the broke down “office” or outside in the heat with our luggage just to check in to a room that was already cleaned and ready for us. This inconvenience caused us to miss our excursions for the day which we had already paid for and express concerned to front desk. On top of this, there was a roach in the shower!! We didn’t even want to have our stuff out nor sleep in the bed (given the previous review we read on bed bugs) because we felt extremely uncomfortable. When asked what would happen if we cancelled, the receptionist (short red hair, terrible attitude) told us that there wouldn’t be any refund and that we’d be charged for 3 nights even though we booked for only one over night. When checking out, we were RUSHED. When inquiring about late check out, we were only given an hour extra. When offering to pay a fee for a later time, they receptionist was yet again rude and fed up that she began making up her own rules that aren’t included in the company policy. Overall, I recommend not wasting your time is that hotel. The pool and other amenities were mediocre. Try out ZENZA Hotel! They’re service is amazing, front desk is sweet and helpful, they are attentive, offer breakfast, and the place was very clean & up to date!
