Wow, my wife found a clip in Tik-Tok about this hotel….So glad we booked! The stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was superb, the hot tub and sauna, fabulous and the food in the restaurant, some of the best I’ve had in a long long time! Well done to all at the Otter!

We LOVED the hotel, everything was clean, the rooms were well designed. We particularly liked the tea and coffee in the rooms, it was great to have a kettle and real milk/cream although a spoon would have been nice. Great views from the hot tub. The hotel is a little out of town but they do offer a bus service.

Excellent hot tub and sauna with great views. Conveniently located on the main road but away from the crowds. Free underground parking! Ski lockers. New building with good mattresses. Restaurant was expensive but lots of dining options within walking distance.

Everything was amazing! From check in to departure- not one complaint. Staff is so friendly, very accommodating and helpful. The parking is easy, hot tub perfect and rooms were very clean. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Travelled with my husband for our anniversary.

We stayed at the Otter Hotel in mid April. Excellent stay at The Otter hotel! The sauna and hot tubs on the roof were a fantastic way to wind down at the end of the day. Hotel was stunning and the staff was amazing. Parking garage onsite was wonderful. The hotel stay came with bus passes to get around town which was very helpful. Staff had great recommendations and accommodations as well. Upon arrival you could puck different coffee or tea to bring to your room to use the pour over that was in room. Wonderful experience, would stay again!

There is 2 hottubs but its not as comfy and nice as the pictures. Most of all is the noise from the heat/ac. Even if you turn it OFF, there still be a vent noise, which I slept with earplugs and still it is loud for sleep. The room space is good have drawers underneath TV and a good sofa, but the kichenette is missing microwave and the fancy draw pull out fridge is not even cold. The main thing I dislike most is one of the front desk lady. I asked about my VIP Perks and she checked but gave me black face like I am trying to trick her to give me something I did not deserve. End up I have to spent more than an hour with both sides and she still not apologize at all. She was still in a black grumpy face like I begged for the perks which I was entitled to. Personally, I love their sister hotel CANOE more than them. Everyone is welcoming and nice and the room has a microwave.
