At the first moment we walked in we felt such a great vibe. We were so graciously greeted by front desk. Victoria was absolutely a dream and so helpful. And the rest of the team that works in the morning was energized and ready to help you with anything you needed. The night team always made us feel welcome at any hour that we walked in and always offered to make us drinks or offer great food from their menu. The hotel was in tiptop condition. The rooms always smelled wonderful and everything was on point. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were large and very spacious. And if you’re an artist like I am, you appreciate all the quirkiness throughout the hotel, art, quotes, colours- which is something unique, but also very Antwerp. Would absolutely come back and highly recommend to anyone who’s staying in Antwerp.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold på hotellet, 3 voksne og en hund. Værelset var rummeligt (og i øvrigt handicapvenligt), med gode muligheder for opbevaring af tøj og hygiejneprodukter etc. God morgenmadsbuffet - vi fik ikke afprøvet aftensmad, men menuen så god ud. Stor og rummelig parkeringskælder lige under hotellet, med udgang under 10 meter fra hotellets indgang, så den kan anbefales. Ca. 25 minutters gang til Antwerpen centrum, hvor af det mest går lige ud, så det er nemt at finde frem.

This is a nice hotel with a helpful staff in a quiet neighborhood. You can either walk around 20-25 minutes to the city center, which is nice and safe or call a Bolt which costs around 11-12 euros if you’re feeling lazy or tired from the day’s activities. Free welcome cocktail was delicious. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Carrefour is 200 meters away. The only thing I would have liked would be a mini fridge in the room.

Clean room, basic furniture, no tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent location, however no parking or even short stay bays for check in. Staff are as helpful as they can be, however very limited information offered on check in. Key cards constantly demagnetise, being kept near a phone or not, this is something you should consider as you’ll queue for a while at times to get them reactivated as single desk does check ins etc.

Area by the hotel has restaurants and stuff to do, but is a bit of a walk to get to downtown. Parking is not onsite but is close by and easy to access. If you arrive via car, checking in is a bit tricky because you require a QR code to access the parkade, but you have to register online to get that, which you only get when speaking to hotel. Definitely suggest contacting hotel before arrival so you can register for parking, then park and bring luggage to hotel. Otherwise parking car somewhere while you checkin can be a bit challenging. Hotel lobby/bar area is very nice, welcome drink is delicious! They provide a nice place to hang out, both inside and outside. Staff were great. We did not do the breakfast here, but did at a different Moxy, so if they're the same it's a great one. Overall, would recommend.
