My partner and I came for his birthday, the rooms were clean but smaller than expected. The staff were all friendly, but even on photocopying our passports couldn’t match my name with the name on the screen, and asked if I’d made a booking. And even when I pointed out my name tried to give me someone else’s invoice. It also stated on the booking that breakfast was included - we ended up paying for breakfast. Good transport connections

Rubbish service

I’m very frustrated I arrive in the hotel and he told me he has to find another hotel for me then he send me to another hotel.
