We had some issues. When we arrived our place smelled like sewage. I contacted them and we immediately got emailed back. Within an hour someone was there to fix a drain in the batjroom. A few hours and the smell was gone. We also had issues with the tankless wayer heater not working properly. It was agamble if you were going to have a hot shower. Again i contacted them and someone came out while i was gone. Worked for a few days then it started again. I would absolutely book with this company again but not at that location.
