L'appartement était beau. Mais les piscines et la terrasse sur le toit très sale. Les poubelles n'était pas ramassés, les piscines très sale et les coussins pour les chaises déchirées et sale aussi. Le processus d'arrivé a été compliqué aussi. Je pense qu'il y a plusieurs meilleurs choix pour la région.

The rooftop area was nice and very relaxing. One of my favorite condos in Playa. Not a bunch of rules and they never bug you so you can just relax and enjoy your stay. Staff was very pleasant to us.

La cuisine est bien équipé, il manquait des fourchettes et nous les avons eu dans l'heure qui suit. condo parfait pour un court séjour, à proximité de tout. cependant il en est aucunement la faute du condo, mais comme il s'agit d'un cartier plus locaux, il y a bcp de chiens et bcp de jappement durant la nuit.

I stayed at the property for 10 days and would definitely return. The room was clean and large with all of the amenities that I needed. The AC kept the room cool and was quiet. The property mgmt supplied me with all of the required info before I got to the property and I had no issues getting into my room. There were plenty of good restaurants close by and a large grocery store within a 10 minute walk. There were smaller grocery stores a lot closer as well. The pool was rather small but it worked well enough for an evening dip. I did see other reviews about the noise from barking dogs and I did hear that in the evening but it had subsided by the time I went to bed. Overall a good stay and I will book again later this year.

Great room with all the amenities and trendy decor. Free laundry on the first floor. Plenty of street parking. Friendly and responsive host. Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The only thing is that it’s an 11 minute walk to the beach, it’s not beach front.

We stayed in a 3rd floor walk-up studio for six nights. The room was clean and functional, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the north end of 5th Avenue and the beach. We didn't spend much time on the roof but there's a nice terrace and small pool up there. The neighborhood is residential and mostly quiet, but if you stay on Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, be prepared for a raging party and blaring music outside until 5am. Otherwise it was a great affordable option.

I always could talk to the staff through the WhatsApp and the staff was great. I have no issues with the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating and I really did appreciate the staff. The Internet was spotty. The surrounding area right next to it is a bit rough with dogs, constantly barking. The swimming pools on top of the building are not heated, which would have been nice to relax them, but it was too cold. Anyway, I’m not a big fan of the condo, but I am a fan of the staff. The staff was great.
