Bed size of twin room is quite small. There were someone’s hairs left at bathroom when we arrived. It is an old building without a lift, and the room does not have air conditioner. The staff at reception is friendly, and the location is fine. It is overpriced, I will not visit this hotel again.

房间很有欧式风格，楼层比较高，身处爱丁堡住着酒店很有感觉。交通方便离火车站步行10分钟，很方便，周边的牛排店牛排也很赞。

Open and draw up the wooden louvres as it is windy at night. Otherwise, the louvres got blown up and make noises. Doors will also be blown shut.

The hotel internet connection in the rooms was totally abysmal I had to change rooms yet the Internet was absolutely horrible. On a couple of occasions I had to go to the reception to send emails.

I recently stayed here for a couple of nights with my partner and have to say the overall stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking around the area was tough but the hotel did have 5 spaces at the rear which aren't able to be reserved, located through a garage door which on this occasion had two lovely drunks acting as bouncers to the spaces, they weren't any bother once they'd moved out the way! Location was perfect for us as we were heading to the Christmas Market which was like a 15 minute walk away which was nice. The only real issue we came across was that if you wanted to lie in past say 9 AM then good luck, the cleaners began hoovering from 8ish onwards, but that wouldn't deter us from shopping here again if we come back to Edinburgh.
