The check-in was smooth and the guy was extremely friendly and knowledgable about Palm Springs. The room was clean and modern and a great location for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay. Being in the midst of the Coronavirus it was the perfect little hideaway. The owner was very accommodating.

The staff are wonderful, all very kind and full of information. The room was spacious, those old thick walls kept almost all the ambient sounds out for a good night's sleep. I did not go in the pool, but it was sparkling and inviting. That said, cleanliness needs improvement - there was dust on the bedside lamp, and mildew and hair in the bathroom. Their laundry service needs to do a better job of getting out makeup from towels and sheets. But I would absolutely stay here again. It was comfortable and close to where I wanted to be.

Friendly staff but not always on the ball to clean in a timely manner and leave what we were in need of, but over all it was nice for what we paid.

We found a syringe in a drawer and trash. When I brought it to their attention, the manager/owner came down with an attitude. I never once was rude or loud but she was. They did come and take care of the room after I called but you shouldn’t be rude to your guest. Very disappointing.

The staff was very accommodating. The only issue we had was there was very little water pressure unless you turned the cold water up high, but then it was too cold. The hot water wasn't that hot. This is an observation, not a complaint. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and friendly staff.

The hotel is quite impressive. It is quite understated from the outside. The pool area is very nice and the rooms are large and very clean the area seems fine and a store is right next door it is very quiet except sometimes you can hear the room above you. We will return
