I was traveling with my boyfriend and when we arrived at the front gate, we went to a telephone cell nearby (just about 10 meters) and made a call to the host as he requested. He said he would send someone to pick us up. Then we have waited for 1.5 hour but still couldn't see any of his colleagues. Finally he cancelled our booking. In the whole period, we have made a total of 5 or 6 calls and we were sure that our location is right because the building match with the picture showed on hotels.com. We were so frustrated because he wasted so much of our time and we need to find another place to stay by carrying our heavy luggauges. In the whole process, the host offered no help. He didn't ask where we are and how could we get to his appartment. The only feeling he gave us is that he didn't want to have a deal with us. This appartment is the worst appartment I've ever seen!

Quand on a téléphoner pour annonce notre heure d’arrivée comme demande, il nous on dit qu’ils avaient annulé notre réservation car ils étaient complet et de nu débrouiller pour trouvé un autre hôtel !!!!!! Inadmissible manque de professionnalisme:-(
