Everything was excellent! The room was very spacious with a beautiful view. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The beach was lovely, although the water was a little cold. 100% recommended! I will definitely come back soon.

Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. One of the highlights was the beautiful welcome surprise waiting for me in my room. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that made my birthday celebration even more meaningful and unforgettable. The hotel facilities, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service exceeded all my expectations. There were cockroaches in the rooms. The room wasn't exactly like the photo. The ocean view was limited (which is why they charged me more money). I still saw the mountains. The dinners were terrible and uncreative; everything was repetitive. The food hygiene was questionable because there wasn't a single meal that suited me or my companion.
