Check in was a challenge. The self service check in which I assume to be automated did not work. It was only through the help of onsite housekeeping staff that i was able to get help and check in. Room was great and stocked well.

Worst check in experience I have ever had at a hotel. This “smart” confirmation procedure is a disaster. If you book two rooms - make sure to book them separately or rooms will disappear. And I don’t appreciate handicap toilet - especially if they are not mentioned. Arbed Living Hotel - not many letters from Arbed Living Hell.

Highly recommendable!!

The hotel is without a reception and receptionists, but don’t be alarmed it is very innovative and easy to use. I have seen a lot of hotels and the state of this hotel is mindblowing. I will for sure return for my next trip here and most likely stay another day than planned. My family was also blown away! Highly recommendable.

Flot, ny lejlighed.
