A fabulous couple of nights away -the hotel was delightful -although next time I would try to get an "outside" room which I imagine would be lighter... lovely friendly service, gorgeous decor -loved the bath... and the chocolates we an extra treat :) thank you!

A pleasant step back in time
Stayed for a 1920s themed murder mystery so the atmosphere was perfect! Loved all the old original features such as the lift, claw-foot bath, tiles and woodwork. Room had no view but we weren't there for that so it didn't matter.

Huge rooms, a lovely sense of history, great value for money, excellent central location, but a little bit dated and in need of renovating.
