I would say the location was the only positive side of our stay in this property. I do not typically give a very detailed feedback as I often do not have time to do so, but since my family and I did not enjoy our stay here, I would like to share, in hopes that management would make some improvements.
We booked our stay through Hotels.com. The posting was very much deceiving. The property has no AC in lobby and main hallways; there's also a sewer outside the rooms. Unless you get parking before you check in, you would be carrying your luggages up along stairway up tower 2, or going around tower 1 and Landers. Per posting our units allowed to have 4 adults, yet the units only contained 1 double bed and and 2 pillows. Yes, there may be a couch, but this was all not specified in the posting. The units we stayed at had dirty microwaves and overly used furnitures and supplies; dish sponges and towels. The towels, unfortunately, were also very overly used, and smelled as if it had not been dried properly. Also, the units did not have all the basic supplies ready (toilet paper. You have to call a line, which there was no attendant at times. I do appreciate the manager allowing us to have an additional room on our 2nd day when we complained about not having enough sleeping space for for our party. the unit did not meet our expectations. We wished we stayed at a regular hotel instead. Yes, we saved some money, however, it compromised our convenience and experience.
