Perfect location out of Barcelona. Train station at a walking distance. There are several restaurants in the area and a small but nice mall with cinema. Friedly staff.

Overall the hotel was noisy, mainly due to very thin walls and guests slamming doors, hearing neighbours etc. the food was absolutely disgusting and inedible. Customer service poor overall. Hairs on the Flor and towels

They choose for me the room far away from the elevator and very small. ( My reservation was made in June 2021 ) They wait 1 day to change the room. NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL!!!! I paid a hotel with A/C I had to sleep with the window open, so the noise was another problem. The manager shut off the A/C expecting that the weather will be cold, the reality was the contrary.

Staff has no compassion. I had originally booked 4 nights but only stayed for 2 due to the political protests and riots that were going on in Barcelona. I had to be closer to Barcelona due to the limited transportation and to be closer to family. I asked the front desk employee if I would be able to get a refund for the 2 nights that i was unable to stay, he told me to contact hotels.com , which I did and the hotel still denied a refund due to the emergency. I understand they may have had a no refund policy, but due to what was going on in that country they could have had a little more compassion.
