Very clean, staff is very kind and helpful., they definitely have problems solving skills lol You won’t regret staying there. They just don’t provide shampoo so take it with you or buy it at Oxxo which is behind the property.

旅客真實評論

8/10 非常好

it was good, except the sink had no water pressure and the shower sounded like it was sputtering. and there was no mini fridge, no iron or ironing table and no desk. other than that, it was a good stay. The AC was nice and cold and the TV had good apps.

It was our first time visiting Pen̈asco and everything in the hotel was very good, very clean, excellent service at the front desk, all the staff very attentive and friendly, they answered all our questions about locations with great kindness, very safe and we were able to park our car with security, the only drawback is that they don't have good wifi, even so I will back to that hotel on my next visit
