Awesome place and people

Literally my staying was more than perfect , everything was awesome and the staff was super amazing and always at your disposal for every need, everyone very professional and so friendly that they will make you feel like being at your own home. It will Be difficult to leave that place at the end of your staying. I fully recommend

The rooms were clean, however one was not as described. The "Standard Room, Multiple Beds" contains only a King bed and NOT a King bed plus Twin bed. It took some convincing to secure a rollaway bed. The staff are polite and friendly if a little incompetent.

We were scammed by Expedia on this reservation. During reservation It was specified that the room is with multiple beds (1 king bed + 1 single bed). Accordingly, I selected this room and made the payment. However, during check in, we were informed that the room selected was only with 1 bed (1 king bed) and there will be charges to add another single bed. We ended up paying for the single bed even though the reservation in expedia specified that the room already comes with the additional single bed. Further, we were provided with a smoking room even when the request was clear for non=smoking room. Will avoid this hotel in future and will avoid making reservation through Expedia.

Wij kwamen na de inchecktijd aan om in te checken. Op dat moment hoort de kamer normaal gesproken al klaar te zijn, maar dat was niet het geval. Bij binnenkomst was er bovendien niets duidelijk over mijn boeking, terwijl het hotel mij vooraf nog een bericht had gestuurd dat er tijdelijk geen shuttleservice beschikbaar was dat vond ik al vreemd. Vervolgens moesten we bijna een uur wachten omdat de kamer nog klaargemaakt moest worden. In die tijd moesten we onszelf maar vermaken in het café van het hotel, waar we zelfs onze eigen drankjes moesten betalen. Een gratis drankje als excuus voor het wachten, zeker na een vlucht van zes uur, was wel op zijn plaats geweest maar dat kregen we niet. De kamer zelf was bij aankomst ruim en op het eerste gezicht prima. Bij een snelle controle zag ik echter dat de handdoeken vlekken hadden. Omdat ik moe was en mijn eigen handdoeken bij me had, heb ik er toen niets van gezegd. Na de schoonmaak de volgende dag was het helaas weer hetzelfde: handdoeken met vlekken. Toen mijn man bij de receptie vroeg of hij geld kon wisselen, zei één medewerker van wel, maar een ander kwam erbij en zei plots dat het niet kon. Dat voelde erg ongemakkelijk, alsof we niet welkom waren. Over het algemeen vond ik het personeel niet behulpzaam en niet gastvrij iets wat ik van mensen uit het Midden-Oosten juist gewend ben. Behalve de gunstige ligging dicht bij de moskee heb ik helaas niets positiefs te melden. Zowel qua service als hygiëne viel het erg tegen.
