We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Special thanks to Manager Zhu. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and public transportation. Combined with the excellent service, it made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Love the location. Walking distance to Subway station, 清河坊，铜雕博物馆，德寿宫，even 西湖边。Staff super nice, lend me a power adapter to fit US laptop. Room facing street can see the small river and bridge.

This hotel is much better than i expected. Check in is 12pm and check out is 2pm which gives convenience to early arrival or late check out people. The location is very convenient to almost everything. It is an AI hotel but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, especially Mr Li (李俏俊)who did above and beyound; he was very patient for all my questions and did his best to help us whenever we need. Overall, my experience in this hotel exceeded my expectation. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Hangzhou again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was there for two nights after having a business trip to Shanghai and enjoyed my time in this charming city. I have never had a hotel staff be more attentive and helpful in my 25 years of traveling for business. In Shanghai, I stayed at a hotel that cost five times as much as this and no offense to that establishment, but this group of front desk, clerks, and office personnel were the best of my trip. The hotel itself is charming and located in a wonderful neighborhood. I would absolutely stay at this place again. Plus, in an amazing and unprecedented experience as far as my 20 years plus of traveling, they actually did my laundry for me, for free!

Tip top cleanliness, the staff are all so warm and polite, they offered free hot drinks at the lobby all day long and midnight hot porridge. They even have free laundry service that deliver to your doorstep. Everything is good here, service is good and they even have all kind of aminities that if free at lobby for you. I'll definitely visit here again next time.

Excellent location, 70 metres from Metro station which takes you to the airport or any main train station. Hotel room is super modern. Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard.

This is my 2nd stay at Nostalgia S hotel. For travelling it’s super close only 200 metres from the metro station. Line 5 station name Jiangcheng road exit E onto South Hefang street. It only takes 25 minutes to the main Hangzhou dong (East) railway station or 45 minutes directly to the Airport station on line 7. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the old Hefang street shopping road where there are many shops and restaurants and historical buildings to see. Street food is safe to eat and cheap. The hotel offers free laundry, just hand in your bag of clothes in the morning and by the evening it will be done. The breakfast is suitable for both local people and international guests. The bed is not too hard, just right. The fascinating thing is the toilet which is super modern with automatic massage and cleaning functions. Quite an experience! WiFi is ok, not the fastest though. Enjoy your stay here. For the price and convenience this hotel is excellent!

Overall a good hotel to stay. Hygiene and consumables provided are very good. Breakfast provides reasonable varieties and there are some changes to the buffet selection each day and you will not be bored. It is amazing to see pancake during breakfast time in China hotel. Staff in the restaurant are very helpful, diligent and polite which significantly improved our experience and enjoyment in staying in this hotel. Major cons are the loud water drainage noise inside the room (guest next door even knocked my door about the water flow noise!) and poor room view which is facing nearby residential very closely.

It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful. The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors. Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again
