Pleasant stay

Stayed here twice on the 20th February and first of April check in was fast no problems the room was good. Free water is provided in the room the room was clean. The bathroom is good with a rain shower with good water pressure but no where to hang towel and no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Minor issues like no shower screen the bathroom gets wet. Other than that it was pleasant stay. On my first stay I did have breakfast on the terrace restaurant but found my Indian breakfast bland so did not bother eating there again. Both my stays were in transit. First time I was allowed late check out as I had a train to catch in the afternoon. Getting a taxi can be a problem as the bazaar gets very busy and people like Uber are reluctant to pick you up. Overall I had a pleasant stay whether I stay again depends on the price point as it’s very expensive for the area and surroundings . I found the staff to be good and service minded. Wish the hotel all best

Not so Royal and Gold

No hot water in the mornings Roof top bar with no menu or physical bar Could arrange beers to room but prices fluctuated depending on who delivered to the room Not in the best area Had forgotten to make up room. Overpriced for what is was.

Good hotel, yuck location

A newer hotel, and a solid choice once you’re inside. Nice, helpful staff, and a charming rooftop patio/restaurant. The downside of the place is location. Near the train station, yes, but down a pretty dank and unlovely alley. Not somewhere you want to stroll around.

Delhi stay

Very clean, modern hotel. Room was large, comfortable. Nice hot shower. Rooftop terrace pleasant. Although no restaurant, the hotel served food 24/7, deliverable to your room or the terrace. The quality was very good. Only downside is location. Very hard to find, not much to see or do nearby. Once you’re in the room, you stay there.

Amazing service!!

We had an amazing time at Gold the Royal hotel. The staffs were amazing and so kind to us. Never did they hesitate to help us and the rooftop was really cozy. Each person, from the manager to the staff took really good care of us. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Excelente relacion calidad/precio!!

Excelente hotel, totalmente nuevo. Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Muy buen trato y servicios. Ciertamente la calle donde se ubica no es bonita, pero esta bien situado , muy cerca de New Delhi Station ( metro directo al aeropuerto en 25 mn), Connaught Place a 15 mn caminando. Muy buena relacion calidad/precio

It was a good deal at under $30/night, very walkable to train station. Area is a bit grim though, and ubers will not be excited to go there. It's a confusing hotel, I ended up at gold regency because it's the same thing? I don't think "gold the royal" actually exists with that name. Room service food was good, and not too expensive, other than that there's just a kind of grim bar on the ground floor. Overall it was fine though as a base for seeing Delhi and surroundings.

L’hotel si trova in una via secondaria e non è stato facile trovarlo, ma la posizione garantisce riparo dai rumori del traffico. È vicino alla stazione e alla metro di Nuova Delhi. Camera bella e moderna con tutto il necessario; pulizia adeguata. Possibilità di servizio in camera per i pasti. Personale gentile. Il nostro giudizio è eccellente per il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo. È un hotel di categoria media, non adatto a chi si aspetta il comfort delle catene alberghiere europee.

Hotel looked good in the pictures. Room was not clean, dirt and hair in the garbage can, hair on the walls. Floors seemed like they were not cleaned. Bed and towels looked clean though

Brand new hotel. 5mins walk to both the New Delhi railway & Metro station. Please note this is not on the main road but in an alley which is a 2min walk from the main road. Staff were great & helpful. Beds were comfy.

冷蔵庫もエアコンも問題なく使えた。 シャワーも十分暖かいお湯が出る。 ボディウォッシュもシャンプーもポンプから好きなだけ使える。 WiFiパスワードやトイレットペーパーもフロントで言えばもらえる。 コンセントの変換アダプターを持ってくるのを忘れたが、ボーイに相談したら安く譲ってくれた。 場所が路地を奥に入った分かりにくい所にあるため、あらかじめマップをもらっておくといい。 Hotels.comのマップやGoogle Mapで住所で検索しても、違った場所が表示される。 写真の路地を入っていくと、かなり奥にある。
メイン・バザー・ロードを進みHotel Golg Agency を過ぎて最初の路地に左折して入り、奥までずっと進む。
