The location of the property is great, particular for the price. I also found it was a good size. The beds weren't particularly comfortable, check-in information wasn't provided beforehand, even after multiple messages through hotels.com and I had to call the owner to get the details. The fridge was very smelly and clearly hadn't been cleaned.

Good location in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was relatively new and kept clean. Great price also. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment and excellent value for money

Great place, really spacious and superb value for money. Coffee machine or some pods and a spot of milk would have made it perfect but thoroughly comfortable stay. Clear and simple check in process. Would definitely stay again.

The condo/apartment at Dale Street Liverpool was in a great location and it was spacious. There could be some upgrades made (sofa, more glasses etc...), but all in all, it worked out well for us, and we really enjoyed our stay in Liverpool! Carolyn & Rick (Montreal) Sept 2025

A nice studio and clean. Limited and begrudging communication with the host. We mentioned in advance that we wanted parking. On ringing at arrival were told no. Had we known we could have booked at a discount on advance where we ended up parking. Had to chase host for deposit back.

The property is too loud as I can hear the streets, other tenants upstairs and beside me on my floor. There was also someone that kept banging and knocking on the door after a mix up with building management. This was a scary encounter during the evening

Worst host I ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and shame on Hotels.com for giving him a platform. Didn't end up staying at the property. Host kept asking for a deposit to be paid outside of hotels.com, but wouldn't provide bank details. Checkin-in details were never provided for this property despite multiple messages and bizzare/rude phone calls (and abusive voice notes via WhatsApp). How this guy manages apartments across multiple cities is a miracle. No communication in the build up and left us outside the apartment unable to check in on our wedding day. His level customer service is laughable. Absolute cowboy. Avoid.
