First of all, the staff were beyond helpful...but the rest of the stay was not great. For the price I paid, there are really no amenities: no pool, the lone elevator was out of order, the breakfast was below basic (with no diabetic options except lukewarm coffee and some yogurt), the mattress was worn, as was the bedding, and the room felt damp. It wasn't "bad", but we have had much better, at a much lower price. In summary, I felt overcharged for what I received...
I DO want to say how much the morning desk person was helpful in getting us down to the 1st floor, and checking us in early. Highlight of the stay...
