This was our third stay at this property. This property is one for the discerning guest, Keith and Jane are excellent unobtrusive hosts who are very welcoming and helpful to their guests. The property is well located being no more than ten minutes walk from the centre of Margaret River and its restaurants. The breakfasts are various and of excellent standard. The use of the lounge facility makes this a relaxing place to stay and if the occasion incurs we will certainly stay there again.

Basic accommodation
Good location to base ourselves for a couple of days, close to Margaret River town and wineries. Keith and Jane were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was basic although delicious and sufficient. The place is cosy but quite outdated. We were staying in one of the rooms on the lower floor and could hear every movement made upstairs and our next door neighbours talking. That was extremely annoying and made it hard to relax/sleep...

The friendly welcome we received from Jane, her knowledge of the area and the wonderful breakfast provided. We really enjoyed all her homemade delights such as jams, stewed fruits and cooked breakfast. Great location and outstanding service. Would highly recommend a stay at Rosewood when visiting Margaret River. It will be a highlight.

A very comfy B&B with exceptional hosts.
We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay. Hosts Jane and Keith we're very friendly, welcoming and most helpful in ensuring we had a great time in the Margaret River area which we did. Jane's breakfast specials were also a delight to be had each day.
