Air conditioning in my apartment went out on 8/3 and I booked a room for the night and it was a good experience. Clean, comfortable room and good staff. 8/4 air conditioning still not fixed, I booked another night. Unfortunately I accidentally put in the wrong date 8/11 by mistake. I had to rebook again for the right date. My bad. But since the 8/11 date was non refundable I had to use it. The first two stays were perfectly fine with no issues. The third stay, the one I screwed up on was not so good. Showed up and digital key wouldn’t work, went to front desk and got a physical key that also didn’t work, went to desk and employee had to make another key card and came to room to make sure it worked. When I finally got into my room, I went to take a shower, when I tried to adjust shower head it came off in my hand. I screwed it back on but it continued to leak. I will put the 3rd night down as an anomaly caused by me having had a long day at work and the karma of my bad attitude that day making things go wrong. I have to say, that even though my 3 stay didn’t work out as well possible, the staff was always helpful and professional and recommended the on site restaurant and other local attractions, a recommendation I didn’t need as I am a local resident but I appreciate that they are sharing information on things that available in my hometown.
